Risk Management in Human Resources
Upon completing the Risk Management in Human Resources program, participants will understand the intellectual dimensions and various approaches to managing risks within HR management. They will develop an awareness of risk culture and its integration into HR culture and strategy. Participants will be equipped to predict, study, and analyze risks to prevent their occurrence and mitigate their negative effects on both human resources and overall institutional performance. The program also aims to build capabilities for managing risks related to strategic planning, talent management, succession, performance management, occupational health and safety, and auditing at both strategic and operational levels. Additionally, it will enhance the skills of leaders and supervisors in addressing HR risks by reformulating policies, strategies, organizational structures, and continuous improvement processes.
